Important: H&R lists 28926-3, not 28926-1, for 2019-2025 BMW X4 G02 xDrive30i with sport suspension / adaptive suspension, so I would avoid using a broad “all X4” title without a fitment note.

Approximate Lowering

Approximate lowering depends on chassis and trim:

F25 X3 / F26 X4: about 1.4 in front / 1.3 in rear

G01 X3 M40i / xDrive30i with M Sport Suspension: about 1.4 in front / 0.8 in rear

G02 X4 M40i: about 1.3 in front / 0.75 in rear
