I would not suggest this suspension if you looking to take your car to the track.
If you just driving around and want to lower it it's okay.
The hardest setting on shock will not be hard at all. Maybe barely harder than stock e55.

I have these, and ride amazing. people do knock these, but they seem to be label shoppers, over specs. shopping.
they ride smooth, and everyone who I know who has upgraded name brand suspension, love mine over theirs..
i'm pretty low, and don't bottom out.... ride quality, and performance is great.

I've read a lot of reviews of this system and I have come to the conclusion that a majority of the people who knock on these coils are only trying to justify their more expensive purchase. Really, unless you do a lot of track duty or throw your vehicle sideways often, you're not going to need something that is out of your price range. Considering this, I decided on these coils because: 1. it was in my price range, 2. I wanted to lower my car, and 3. I wanted a set that was serviceable in the US. I just got these installed and I am very satisfied with them. I have them on setting 18 and the ride is a bit smoother and more comfortable than my stockers. My main gripe was that they came with "universal" instructions printed in "engrish". It would have been nice to have vehicle specific instructions, but we managed. For the price, these are very hard to beat.
