Rough idle.; 278/282 Advertised Duration, 242/246 Duration .050", .550"/.550" Lift, 113 Lobe Separation; Requires cam gear set part #10246SET; Requires part #26113-16 valve springs and either 792-16 steel retainers or 791-16 titanium retainers; Part #26125-16 high load valve springs also available. COMP Cams Xtreme Energy 278AH-13 Camshaft Set for 4.6L and 5.4L SOHC Modular 2 Valve Ford with 1999-up Performance Improvement Heads.
