Products, Pricing and Shipping:

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only - some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

All items on our site are intended for off-road use only. Some item maybe illegal in your states / country.

Some items may require modification to your vehicle, it is the nature of aftermarket parts. Professional installation is highly recommended. We are not responsible for any labor or fees for any modification that needs to be done to install the part or because of missing or faulty parts from the manufacturer. All products are subject to the manufacture's warranty, if any. If you purchase a part, and damage your engine, or hurt yourself, either because the part was not installed correctly, or the part was defective, we are not liable. This is an issue to take up with the manufacture of the product, and we can surely help assist you in that process. 

We are not responsible for any repair costs, missed work costs, rental car costs or any other cost associated with the products that we sell or relating to their install. We do not warranty and of the parts we sell and they are warrantied and handled by the manfuacturer if available. We are not liable for any damage or claims from products or product warranty issues. We will not reimburse any labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. We will not reimburse costs for any damages that are incurred during the installation or use of the product. We do not warranty labor.

Product Availability and Pricing:
We try our best to keep our website up to date but it is not always possible. Some items on our site may have been discontinued from the manufacturer and are no longer available. If you are looking for a product that has been discontinued and it is listed on our site please contact us to see if it available before ordering. If you order a part and the price was listed on our website incorrectly we will try our best to honor that price. If that is not possible we will contact you and inform you of the pricing issue. You can then choose to pay for the difference or cancel your order.

Product Warranty:
Most items sold on our site have a manufacturer warranty. All product warranties are through the product manufacturer if available as we do not offer any warranty on the products we sell. Most warranty items are subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise. Please contact us if you purchased a product with us and would like information on how to submit your product to the manfuacturer for warranty purposes.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping means all products are priced with shipping included. Free shipping applies only to packages shipped to a physical address in the lower 48 states. If you live in HI or AK please contact us with your zip code and the part numbers you are interested in ordering for a quote on extra shipping charges to your location.

Refused Shipments:
If you refuse delivery on any item (except for deliveries refused due to shipping damage) or the item cannot be delivered, it will be treated as a return.

Damaged Shipments:
Please inspect your package carefully while the delivery company is still present and on site. Be sure to note ANY PROBLEMS OR DAMAGE PRIOR to signing for (or accepting) the delivery. Receiving the item will act as confirmation that the item was received in expected condition. Even if the package appears to be in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If a damaged part is received be sure the shipping company is notified before informing us. Be sure to contact both parties within 24 hours of receipt. Please be sure to keep all items, including the box incase they need to be returned to us or the manufacturer. Damaged shipments REQUIRE that the delivery companies confirmation was MARKED as damaged by YOU, the customer. 

Return Policy:

All sales are final, there is no return or exchange unless it has been authorized by us and require a RMA number from us. Item must be unused and must be returned to us within 30 days from the invoice date. Special order items are none returnable or refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for the return.

Returns must first be approved by us. Any unauthorized return will not be accepted and shipment refused.
Returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unopened and returned to us within 30 days of invoice date.
No manufacturer seals can be broken.
Shipping charges included in the original price or expedited shipping charges are not refundable.
15% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. The restocking fee can be voided for any RMA exchange of equal or greater value.
Any refused or returned shipment is considered a return and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for the return. 
Special order items are not refundable.

We cannot accept returns on the following items:
• Items which have been used/installed
• Seibon Products, Body Kits, Bumpers, Side Skirts, Hoods or any Carbon Fiber Products.
• Racing Seats, Superchagers, Turbo Kits
• Electronics and Electrical Items
• Wheels or Tires
• Fluids, Paint, or Oil
• Intellectual property such as DVDs and books.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Can my order be canceled?
Yes, with the following conditions:
Special order items cannot be canceled.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed if the order has already been packaged and is "Waiting to be Shipped" or has shipped.

If none of the above conditions apply to you please contact us with a request to cancel your order.

 

We reverse the right to refuse service to anyone.
