Our flanges are CNC machined, we machine-grind the flange mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and use a robotic welder to attach the flange to the header pipes. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system we make.

DC Sports Stainless Steel Headers are 304-stainless steel and available is a High Polished mirror-like luster or a Brushed finish that compliments any engine bay.

4 into 2 into 1 Header, One-Piece (4-2-1)
DC Sports 4-2-1 one-piece header systems deliver incredible low- to mid-range power gains, while improving ground clearance and reducing weight by eliminating the middle flanges. Our 4-2-1 one-piece headers are much lighter than stock systems and are on average two-pounds lighter than our two-piece systems. We dyno test them against the competition, and spend the extra time in R&D to ensure the best fitment for your vehicle. CAD-rendered, drag-inspired 4-2-1 design emphasizes low and mid-range power for street/strip applications.

4 into 2 into 1 Header, Two-Piece (4-2-1)

The increase of V6 applications in the sport compact market provided an opportunity to design V-engine headers, and we responded with our 3-into-1 header designs. You will not find a 3-into-1 header system that fits as perfectly or performs as well as DC Sports’ offerings. We dyno test them to ensure they outperform all comparable header systems on the market.

For 99 civic LX (w DC stainless Catback) Perfect sound at start up and taking off. How a Real exhaust should sound like!! A lot of noise when going over 70 and keeping a constant 80). Tight/stiff fit. Overall satisfaction: 9.9/10

I bought the HGHS5613 for my 97 del sol. I had a 2 piece DC sports ceramic 4-2-1 header which was cracked when i bought the car. The installation is pretty straight forward and if needed the directions are good. The fit is TIGHT to say the least. I had to tap the lower support tab on the header past the oil pan. It is nice and tight against the engine on installation. for some reason this header is about an inch short than the DC I took off, but no worries to muffler shop and a quick fix. I was concerned about a loss of low/midrange power with the 4-1 compared to the 4-2-1. From my seat of the pants I would say I gained in most areas. Need not worry. I am happy with my purchase thus far. If it doesn't crack like alot ot the 2 piece headers did I will be a happy man.
