TruHart Sport Shocks Reviews

*POSITIVE is, they only took a couple days to get to me so i ordered Tein s-tech springs from here also to use with these shocks and they came in a couple days too.
*NEGATIVE is, i had to slightly shave down the diameter on the bottom of the front 2 shocks with a grinder so they would set all the way in the bottom forks,
*And i thought they were suppose to come with bump stops bc i noticed other places saying they were included with these shocks but not a big deal for me bc luckily my factory bump stops were in good shape so i cut those in half and used them, (I used a MacPherson Strut Spring Compressor Set for the fronts) install was pretty easy and the ride quality, height and handling on my Acura TL is awesome with the Truhart shock/ Tein s-tech spring combo.

I had trouble with the bolts, had to force them in felt like i was stripping them, but after a little force it went in perfect, and out easy. Had to Compress spring a lot...
These struts Really are short!!! I HIGHLY recommend using a shop's Spring compressor (3 way spring compressor) ...The spring compressor i rented gave me trouble and no space to put the top hat on ... I literally had to Compress the springs, Slap the top hat on, Release compression and FORCE the spring compressor out with a flat head and Hammer... that is...For you DIY' people out there... Scratched up my springs bad, but oh well no one sees them.
I'm riding on Skunk2 Springs, 2.5" Drop, So it's fair, better than running on OEM Struts... Maybe with another set of Springs it'll run great, But with the Skunk2 springs I have these ride decent, Still feels bumpy on certain spots on the road. Much better on turns, I can feel much comfort from before and after. Takes turns like a champ now. But some dips are still in need of avoiding. Haha.
I'm Very satisfied. Very Great price for what it is! My friend has the same shocks with Tein springs, His rides slightly better than mine... Hope this helps someone out there!
